Our Early Intervention Parenting program provides education, support, and resources to pregnant women and new mothers of all ages through home visits and support groups.
Pregnant women and new mothers with infants up to one year of age may be eligible for services. Home visiting is provided by a nurse, licensed social worker, and community health worker.
Families set goals as part of a Family Care Plan that includes education and referrals for health insurance, healthcare, childbirth education, breastfeeding, nutritional services, parent support groups, family planning, safety, child care, mental health services, and substance abuse services.
Specializing in services for women at risk for postpartum depression, we also offer New Parent Support groups that include transportation and meals.
Services can reduce isolation, build social supports for families, educate parents, and support parent-child interactions.
