Nominated for excelling in the core principles of Commitment, Achievement, Respect, Excellence and Service, People, Incorporated Recognizes Employees.
At the November Board of Directors meeting, it was Chairman Jeffrey Marques and President and CEO Bill Perkins, on behalf of the entire Board and Administrative Management Team, who congratulated our most recent PI C.A.R.E.S. winners, Cory Silva from our Healthy Families Program, Katherine Sorensen from our Day Services Program, Mary Midura from our Children Services Program, and Sheri Baker from our Residential Services Program.
“As Chair of the Employee Recognition and Reward Committee, it was amazing to receive nominations of such high caliber and to recognize and reward great work being done by our employees who form the foundation of strength for our Agency”, noted Pamela O’Neill, Vice President of Administration at People, Incorporated.
O’Neill continued, “The People, Incorporated C.A.R.E.S. program represents the principles of Commitment, Achievement, Respect, Excellence and Service. The Employee Recognition and Reward Committee is responsible for reviewing all nominations submitted for a PI C.A.R.E.S. award and each member utilizes a criteria- based scorecard to determine eligibility of the award. Any person employed by, receiving services from, or who has a family member receiving services from People, Incorporated may nominate an employee for performing an activity that embraces one, or all, of the core principle categories of the People, Incorporated C.A.R.E.S. program.”
“Employee Recognition and Reward is just one of the four key indicators of success that we embrace at our Agency. It is always a proud moment when I have the opportunity to present to our Board of Directors employees who have gone above and beyond their job responsibilities and are recognized and nominated for a PI C.A.R.E.S. award”, remarked Bill Perkins, President and CEO of People, Incorporated. “Moreover, the work being done by our employees, which is being formally recognized by their peers through the nomination process, promotes a mission-driven environment that is truly embraced by our more than 800 employee-strong workforce. On behalf of the entire Agency, I congratulate our winners for a job well done!”
