Provide more training for staff that supports individuals with dementia or Alzheimer’s. Trainings are currently available in E-academy, and others are being researched. Have relief staff specific to each house. The recent reorganization plan included assigning relief staff to specific sub clusters of homes. This assignment practice is now in place.
